At Liport, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our platform and services (“Services”).

A. Personal Information

When you create a profile and use the platform we collect:

Username. A unique identifier chosen by you.
Display Name. A name displayed publicly on your profile.
Bio. A short description provided by you.
Wallet Information. The public wallet address you connect. We do not store your private keys.

B. Usage Data

We collect certain technical and usage information automatically:

Log Data. Device, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and other interaction data.
Cookies. Used to enhance user experience and gather aggregate usage statistics. We do not track your activity outside the platform.

2. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA to improve platform functionality and security.

Google Analytics collects information about interactions with the Platform (IP address, browser type, behavior) and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google reCAPTCHA protects the platform from spam and abuse and is governed by the same policy.

By using the platform, you consent to these services and the collection of data as described.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide Services. Wallet address, username, display name, and bio are used to facilitate interactions and transactions. Username, display name, and bio are publicly visible on your profile.
Improve Platform. Usage data informs performance optimization and feature work.
Ensure Security. Data may be used to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. How We Protect Your Information

Liport is non-custodial. We do not store private keys or email addresses. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption of communications between you and the platform, and strict access controls on technical systems.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers that operate infrastructure on our behalf (analytics, transaction processing).
Legal compliance recipients when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Business transactions (merger, acquisition, asset sale) as part of the transaction.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California CCPA/CPRA.

A. General rights (all users)

Access your personal information.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delete your profile and associated information (subject to our legal obligations).
Restrict or object to certain processing where legally applicable.
Portability. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

C. California (CCPA / CPRA)

Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
Access specific pieces held about you.
Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
We do not sell or share personal data as defined by CCPA/CPRA.
You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

7. Third-Party Links

The platform may link to third-party sites we do not operate. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before sharing information.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for analytics, reCAPTCHA, and to enhance navigation. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect functionality.

9. Data Retention for Analytics and reCAPTCHA

Data collected through Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA is retained as long as necessary for statistical analysis and fraud prevention purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

The platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors and will delete it promptly if discovered.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence. By using the platform you consent to those transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes are posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Review periodically.
