1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Liport platform (“Platform”) and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and Services.
2. Eligibility
To access or use the Platform and Services, you must:
- Be of legal majority and capable of entering into binding agreements.
- Not be a resident, citizen, or located in the United States, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction on our Prohibited Countries list (see Key Definitions).
- Not act on behalf of anyone who is.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Description of Services
Liport provides non-custodial tools that allow users to create, manage, and trade digital assets through decentralized blockchain networks.
We do not:
- Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Guarantee asset performance, liquidity, or price stability.
- Act as a broker, dealer, agent, fiduciary, or financial advisor.
You are solely responsible for securing your wallets, managing your assets, and conducting your own due diligence.
4. No Affiliation with Raydium
Liport operates independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Raydium protocol or its developers. While Liport lets you interact with smart contracts maintained by Raydium or other third parties, Liport does not control, operate, audit, or represent those contracts in any capacity.
5. Non-Custodial Services Disclaimer
At no time does Liport hold, store, or control your digital assets or private keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and control of your keys and wallets. Loss of private keys may result in permanent loss of digital assets, which Liport cannot recover.
Liport is not a Special Purpose Depository Institution (SPDI) and is not licensed to provide custodial services under Wyoming law or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
6. Risk Disclosure and Warning
The purchase, sale, holding, and trading of digital assets are highly risky. Values can fluctuate significantly, and you may suffer a total loss of funds.
- Liport does not guarantee profits or protection against losses.
- Liport does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
- Information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not a recommendation.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with digital assets, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance. See Risk Disclosure for a longer treatment.
7. Fees and Payments
By using our Services, you agree to pay all fees disclosed at the time of your transaction. Fees apply even if a transaction is unsuccessful, are deducted automatically from your connected wallet where applicable, and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Content Moderation
Liport may display user-submitted content, including profiles, coin descriptions, token metadata, and similar material (“User Content”). Liport may, at its sole discretion, review, approve, reject, edit, restrict, or remove any User Content.
Prohibited content includes hate speech, discriminatory language or harassment; explicit sexual content; violent, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content; misleading information; and copyright or trademark infringing material.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your wallets and private keys.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Not engage in fraud, manipulation, market abuse, or illegal activities.
- Comply with Liport’s Prohibited Use Policy.
- Assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and wallets.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform, including its technology, design, content, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by Liport or its licensors. By submitting User Content, you grant Liport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
11. Termination and Suspension
Liport may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful or abusive conduct, compromise platform integrity, or are located in a Prohibited Country.
12. No Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Liport is not responsible for digital asset volatility, liquidity issues, blockchain network delays or failures, third-party service failures, or user errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liport’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Liport in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Liport is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under its rules, seated in London, United Kingdom. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
15. Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA
Liport may use Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA to analyze traffic and prevent abuse. Data collected is governed by Google’s applicable privacy policies.
16. Changes to Terms
Liport may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Key Definitions
- Digital Assets. Cryptographically secured digital representations of value, including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and NFTs.
- Wallet. A digital storage solution that holds the private keys required to access and transfer digital assets.
- List of Prohibited Countries. High-risk jurisdictions including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, Venezuela, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk, plus any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. This list may be updated without prior notice.
